- The Belgian squad is fielding 10 Toyota hiluxes with a 100-strong team of personel, one of the largest ever operation to represent a team on the Dakar
- It is one of the largest and most international team to enter the Dakar with 8 runners from 8 different countries (France, the Nederlands, South Africa, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Argentina, Saudi Arabia and Australia).
- The team include in its line-up of runners and riders 2009 Dakar winner, Giniel de Villiers of South Africa.
- The team introduces Al Rajhi, one of the most talented Arab drivers on the planet (he won the opening two rounds of the 2014 FIA World Cup in Russia and Italy).
- Christian Lavieille has an impressive track record - endurance world champion twice, 4 times winner of the Andros Trophy, etc.
