Following some of the most exciting and incredibly close, but sometimes contentious, MotoGP™ racing in Phillip Island, Australia and Sepang, Malaysia, all eyes will be on the 2015 season finale which takes place in Spain on Sunday 8th November.
The Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana will be the third round of the season for which Motul is a title partner, coming hot on the heels of Motul TT Assen and the Motul Grand Prix of Japan, and the last race will also be the fourth MotoGP™ round to be held in Spain this year.
Tensions and pressure will be running high in Valencia with both Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo aiming to seize the World Championship crown. Among the four teams fully supported by Motul, Monster Yamaha Tech3, Forward Racing, Aprilia Racing Team Gresini and Team Suzuki, there are four Spanish riders planning to put on a great show in front of their home crowd.
Motul works in close collaboration with the OEMs to develop high-performance, experimental lubricants which respond directly to the extreme conditions of use put upon them by the high-tech prototype bikes used in MotoGP™. It also works hard with all its markets and outlets to develop comprehensive ranges of quality products which protect and maintain riders’ bikes and equipment alike.
An extremely successful promotion at Motul TT Assen saw more than 1,000 motorcyclists taking part in the Motul MC Care Pit Stop entertainment, and this will once again be running at the entrance of the motorcycle parking area (“pista Luis Climent”) in Valencia. The main aim is to reinforce safety and, in the time of a 30-second pit stop, Motul experts clean the bike’s headlight and rider’s visor with the help of products from Motul’s MC Care range.
Additionally, Motul has once again run its ‘Superfan’ contest, in conjunction with the organisers of the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana. Held via Facebook from 16-23 October, MotoGP-mad Spaniard Dory Morera has been chosen as Motul’s Superfan in 2015. She will enjoy an amazing weekend with full access as a VIP guest, present a prize on the Moto3 podium in front of many millions of TV viewers, and live the dream being part of a MotoGP event. What more could anyone possibly want?!
