Organised every two years alternately with the Paris Motor Show, the Frankfurt Motor Show (or IAA) opened its gates on 15 September.
For the 2011 edition, the 64th of this major car event, the accent was placed on tomorrow's technologies and vehicles, with a most evocative slogan: 'Future comes as standard'. Accordingly, the company Dekra showed on its stand, EF01, the first 100% electrically propelled single-seater (cf. Motul Sport News No.21) for which Motul is the lubricant technical partner (especially for the transmission).
The lucky visitors can also see the Dacia Duster 'No Limit' on Dacia's stand. After taking third place at the famous Pikes Peak hill climb in June, Jean – Philippe Dayraut is therefore showing for the first time at an international show his 'bodybuilt' Dacia.
