MOTUL NGEN HYBRID 0W-30
Synthetic "Fuel Economy" engine oil formulated with base oils derived from renewable raw materials, specially developed for Hybrid Electric Vehicles (H.E.V.) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (P.H.E.V.) equipped with state-of-the-art gasoline engines with or without turbochargers, direct or port injection, and designed for use with an engine oil of viscosity SAE 0W-30 with very low friction and extremely low HTHS viscosity (≥ 2.6 mPa*s). MOTUL NGEN HYBRID 0W-30 has been specifically developed to meet the technical requirements of gasoline hybrid vehicles, such as oil dilution from unburned fuel, water emulsion, a high frequency of stop/start events, and lower oil temperatures. This cutting-edge formulation is part of a completely new, sustainable concept by Motul and consists of 25% "Organic Base", a new base oil technology made from 100% renewable synthetic base oils derived from renewable raw materials. Furthermore, the small packaging is made of 50% recycled materials and is 100% recyclable. The use of Organic Base utilizes renewable materials and thus limits environmental impact. During production, CO2 emissions are reduced by 25%. MOTUL NGEN is an overarching designation for particularly sustainable product lines from Motul, where various technologies are used in formulations and packaging to reduce CO2 emissions and resource consumption. This special formulation can also be used for modern gasoline engines where the manufacturer specifies an engine oil with a viscosity grade of SAE 0W-30 and/or ILSAC GF-6A standards. MOTUL NGEN HYBRID 0W-30 is also suitable for battery electric vehicles (B.E.V.) equipped with a gasoline engine using a range extender. Compatible with catalytic converters and particulate filters. This engine oil may not be suitable for use in some engines. In case of doubt, please refer to the owner's manual.
