Motul collaborated with long-time partner Radical for this year’s Motorsport Days Live expo at Silverstone. MotorsportDays Live brings together race teams, drivers, clubs, brands, sponsors, and championship organisers to showcase the latest products, developments and opportunities in the world of motorsport – and help them plan for their next season’s activities.
Held at the Wing complex of the Silverstone circuit as well as the hospitality areas and garages of the Formula One pitlane, the event also used the track to demonstrate the cars on display and give prospective buyers or championship entrants the chance to get a feel for them at the home of the British F1 Grand Prix.
As an original equipment lubricant partner for Radical, Motul was at MotorsportDays Live to support the race car builder as it marks its 25th anniversary. Radical brought along its “Suburban Destroyer” art car that features an eye-catching, Motul-derived livery, that incorporated Motul branding.
The Motul-Edition Radical SR3XX, which debuted at the Classic at Silverstone in August, was used to give passenger demonstration rides and test drives to potential Radical racers. One of those who took advantage of the opportunity at MotorsportDays Live was historic and endurance racer – as well as Motul Ambassador - Aimee Watts who took to the track in the Radical SR3XX.
MotorsportDays Live 2022 attracted 150 exhibitors and more than 2500 visitors across its two days and an expanded event is already planned for November 2023.
